Johnson’s Farm otherwise known as Sanctuary Dairy & Ice Cream stand located in Sunapee, NH. Every summer during my ‘En Plien Air’ painting series we make this a definite stop & we paint for three hours & then stop, with ice cream in hand, for a critic. This ice cream stand was the idea of a young boy & it has developed into a full-fledged flourishing business & the place to get ice cream in the Sunapee region.
